Chinese scientists develop plasma stealth device, hiding military aircraft from radar, focusing on shielding specific areas, potentially changing stealth technology.

New plasma stealth device targets specific areas, not entire aircraft.

According to a recent report from the South China Morning Post, Chinese scientists and engineers claim to have developed a plasma stealth device for military aircraft that is capable of rendering nearly any such aircraft undetectable by radar.

Fighter jets aren’t making much sense these days.

Not sure why the downvotes.

https://www.twz.com/news-features/ukrainian-situation-report-kyiv-claims-six-russian-jets-downed-in-three-days

Billions in development, years of trials, training of pilots, ground crews, parts… all taken out by a $100k missile from over the horizon.

The current Ukraine v Russia war proves every single day that drones are the new hotness.

And another one down today:

Russia is averaging 40 jets lost a month, and this new uptick looking at 60 jets a month.

Begun the drone wars has.
